On this week’s nonsense-o-gram from across the ocean we are very pleased to bring to you a fantastic session from the equally & moreso fantastic Sons Of Noel & Adrian. They are part of the Brighton, England, Willkommen Collective, which includes such sonic excellence as The Miserable Rich & The Leisure Society.
Sons Of Noel & Adrian popped into the TWR-partnered recording studios (Offshore Music) here in Cardiff & effortlessly knocked out 3 brilliant tracks; the results are quite superb. The accompanying interview, however, was conducted just after midnight, post-gig, with a rather inebriated ½DC in charge of the questions. Ramble much?
Sons Of Noel & Adrian ignored the wobbly nature of your host & were extremely charming & fun/funny. We had a right laugh, so we did.

Listening back to the interview & the session made me realise what a brilliant day it was all round. You sinply cannot tell the difference between the Sons’ session tracks & the album tracks. We did have a good, hearty laugh.
Glad you enjoyed it - some mellow, some raucus, some just typical TWR.
We have Jesus H. Foxx in the studio for a session & iterview next Tuesday, as well as a Holly Golightly & The Brokeoffs‘ gig, a Fence Collective gig (Player Piano, Pictish Trail & King Creosote), & we’re getting a visit from one half of The Smiles & Frowns (+ wifey). So next week’ll be very busy.

News in brief:
Mr. Robson has agreed to another show before he disappears to that London.
We’ll air that in a month or so, just so we don’t over saturate his whimsy.
Dan Michaelson + Andrew Bird interviews on next week’s show, followed by Mumford & Sons the week after (+ live studio session) & then Jesus H. Foxx the week after that (with, again, a fantastic live studio session).
