People are seriously going to start questioning whether I am writing these notes of yours under a pseudonym, or whether you are in my employ. Seriously, though, thank YOU for the time spent listening to this rubbish & formulating an articulate response each week. It’s good to get the feedback because sometimes you genuinely don’t know if you’re playing to yourself & the ‘fun’ had is simply self-indulgent public masturbation.

The Woman of The House says ‘ta’, also. I don’t know: she breezes in, all half-cocked & reeking of alcohol (to mask the smell of cleaning products, no doubt), & damn well imposes her poisonality all over something so effortlessly it’s almost like she was a ‘natural’.

Frankly, she’s not too fussed about doing too many of the shows as she has a pretty busy ‘real’ life (as do I, as do I) to get that involved (i.e. she can’t be arsed). Plus, & more importantly, there’s always the vacuuming, a pile of clothes to wash/iron & picket fences to whitewash.

That said, we do have pencilled in another 3hr marathon Drunk Covers episode in the not too distant, accompanied by a slot from Mr. & Mrs Toad, so that should sate the “she’s better than you, ½DC” crowd. Bastards.
