Easy.

Learn an instrument, or have some singing lessons, form a band, learn the songs with hours of practice & possibly a couple of local pub gigs to tighten your abilities - maybe even earn a rep as a Wedding Band - & then get a recording contract (they're not that hard to come by these days, look at the RnB charts ferchrissake) & then record the songs with the aid of a top notch producer; someone like, ooh, I don't know, Mark Ronson. & then, BINGO! You have your CD.

Alternatively, you can download the whole podcast via the podcast download page - as indicated by the above link cleverly labelled Download - & then burn it to one of those new fangled CD-r's.

Tomorrow we begin our study from home, 3 semester course: How To Wipe Your Arse.

Me and my friend drove around listening to Drunk Covers V for hours on our way back to school from spring break. I think we listened to it three times. We loved the story about Lucy. Please make 5,000 more Drunk Covers.

Why, shucks & that.

'Course, there's 3 more Drunk Covers shows on here (the 1st + 2nd ones were never recorded at time of original broadcast, but #1 was re-imagined as Drunk Covers Redux recently. #2, The Director's Cut, will be out soon-ish); also, on the 'Ramble' page, a very early version of Drunk Covers (entitled "a Drunk Country Ramble with a Drunk Country Gent") can be found. Complete with early-days stutterations & tongue fumblings.

Thanks again for the nice combination of words & (in a cheesy, Radio 2 voice) Thanks For Listening.

Brian Ibbott sent me here from Coverville and I am glad he did this is a wonderful show, excellent music with a witty, frenetic commentary. It doesnt get any better than this, one listen and I am hooked. Thanks for the hard work, now I can have a large glass of Sailor Jerry's Rum, (neat of course) and get right with the world. Absolutely Excellent!
